Our Advertising System

When you place an ad it will be approved within 24 hours and appear on all our sites.

If you want to edit or cancel your ad then you only have to log into the 'My Ad' page using your email address and password. (Password was sent in the confirmation email when your ad was placed)

When you log in all your ads will appear for you to edit or cancel. Simply log out when complete.

All ads will have their phone numbers replaced with one of our "Safe Numbers", which means your ad will not have your number displayed. For your safety we do not want to expose any of your details on the internet, so when someone rings the number displayed on your advertisement the call will be redirected to the number your provided.

 

Security and Scams

For your security we require all enquiries to be made via telephone, this is to stop you being caught up in any email scams.

If someone does contact you, saying they would like to pay in advance, even though they have never met you or seen the room...STOP! THINK!

Never ever accept a new tenant without meeting them first.

Under no circumstance should you ever accept a cheque from someone claiming to be from overseas and traveling to your country for study or work etc etc.

They will ask you to accept a cheque from their family or employer, this cheque will be for well over the amount of the rent and they will ask you to return the difference.

This cheque is a fake so do not send any money.

Remember any serious tenant will want to see the room, so ask yourself, would you rent a room without seeing it? No, you would not.
