Bath, twerton Hello people! We have a large double room available. We live in a 5 bedroom shared bungalow on Sladebrook Road (South-West Bath). The house is 15 minutes walk from Oldfield Park train station and a bus goes into town every 10 minutes from outside the house. The house consists of a large kitchen, lounge (with massive cactus!), conservatory, private driveway, double garage and big garden (perfect for summer bbq’s!) You would be sharing with 3 girls and 1 guy, aged 23 to 27. We are all young professionals and looking for a new housemate, preferably another girl, to replace our departing one. Some of us work shifts so it’s not a 9-5 household. We are a sociable, laid back house and looking for someone fun! Rent is £425 per month including bills (can be furnished or unfurnished). Bath, Town Centre There are still two rooms available and a possible third. Great location in Bath Centre, close to everything from shops, bus routes night clubs, bars restaurants etc There is a kitchen and utility room facility, living room and two bathrooms, one with a toilet and the other with a shower and a bath. Both rooms have a wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and a bed of course :) My room has additional shelving,2 mirrors and large lamp (I bought the mirror and lamp this year but i dont think i can take them with me thats why I am leaving them, there is a very very very small chance il take the lamp or mirror with me) The house is 5min walk from bus stop on the North Parade Bridge 5--10 min walk from the bus/train station 5--10 min walk from town centre £95 a week rent, reduced rent in the summer months. The three people remaining in the house are 3 second years, maths student, computer science student and an architecture student.
